OVERWRAPPER "BFB 3711 LM"
Developed to control irregular shaped products perfectly, the IMA BFB 3711 LM is designed specifically to collate and overwrap all pre-wrapped bar soaps in several different bundle configurations.
Soaps Multipack wrapping materials: Cellophane, PP and all other reel-fed, heat-sealable films.
The IMA BFB 3711 LM soap bundling machine is completed with:
- Stacking mechanism for one, two or three layers.
- Infeed belt conveyor at right-angle with the outlet
- Elevator plate to lift up the required number of layers
- Layer separators
- Bundle (package) side pusher
- Soap Bundle elevator and bundle pusher
- Sealing station for the transversal seal
- Side Teflon belt conveyors for sealing with independent motion
- Operator guards with safety interlocks
