OVERWRAPPER "BFB 3701 SC"
The IMA BFB 3701 SC is an automatic bundler for parallelepiped products (cartoned or paper-wrapped soaps, etc.) using heat-sealable film (polypropylene, polyethylene, etc.) from reel.
Speed is up to 60 bundles per minute of 2-3 cartoned or wrapped soap bars.
The production speed depends on the specification and quality of the wrapping material and product to be wrapped.
The bundling machine IMA BFB 3701 SC is complete with:
- Infeed belt conveyor in-line with the outlet
- Elevator plate to lift up the required number of soaps.
- Bundle pusher
- Reel-holders at 90° compared with the product flow.
- Sealing station for the longitudinal seal
- Folding section
- Side heating elements for the double-point end folds
- Outlet movable side sealing plates
- Operator guards with safety interlocks
