AUTOMATIC SOAP PRESS - SAS MIGNON - SOLD
The MIGNON-100 fully automatic hotel soap press is designed to stamp rectangular banded soap up to 120 soaps bars per minute speed.
The MIGNON-100 can stamp soaps from a minimum of 10 grams to a maximum of 100 grams weight with these soap bar dimensions:
- length: 85 mm maximum
- width : 50 mm maximum
- thickness : 25 mm maximum- 3 mm minimum
This press is supplied complete with:
- varidrive motor
- infeed conveyor with fotocell to assure positive product feed to the stamping area
- discharge conveyor
- centralized lubrication system
- electric control board with pushbuttons.
- plexiglas safety cover for stamping area.
The soap press and the stamping action stop when the cover is opened
